Your data in Sage
Last updated 24 September 2026
Who we are
Sage is the coaching app of Shikha Mehra, yoga teacher and nutrition consultant. It is used by her clients and by Shikha. For anything about your data, write to connect@shikhamehra.com.
What Sage keeps
Your name, email address and phone number, the programme you bought, your questionnaire answers, your daily habit logs, weekly measurements, optional progress photos, the plans Shikha shares with you, and your coaching calls.
If Shikha uploads a document for you, such as an intake form, it is read on Sage’s own server and she checks every detail before anything is saved.
Why
Only to design your nutrition plan, follow your progress with you, remind you of what is due, and run your calls. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Who can see it
You and Shikha. Health answers, documents and photos are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
Services that help run Sage
Supabase stores the data, in India (Mumbai). Vercel hosts the app. Resend delivers Sage’s emails. Exly handles payments for programmes. Google Calendar holds call bookings with their Meet links. WhatsApp messages, when switched on, go through Meta. Each only receives what it needs to do that job.
Shikha’s Google Calendar
Shikha connects her own Google Calendar so clients can book open times. Sage reads when she is busy so it never offers a time that clashes, and creates, moves or cancels the events for booked calls, with a Meet link and the client invited. Sage does not read the details of her other events and does not use Google data for anything else.
Sage’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
Photos are always optional. You choose how reminders reach you, and can change that any time in Profile, Reminders. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or for everything to be deleted by writing to connect@shikhamehra.com, and it will be done.
Sage keeps your data while you are a client and for as long as you want to look back on your progress. Ask and it is removed.
